My Story
As a licensed Physical Therapist, my purpose is to guide my patients through their recovery to allow them to return to their normal life. That includes reducing their pain, increasing strength and endurance, or teaching them how to train independently. Being a patient (just like an athlete) requires effort and discipline.
I emphasize to my patients that our goal is to get “a few percent better every session”. We can't do everything every day. Recovery takes time and effort...just like strength and conditioning.

This same principle applies to my CrossFit career, both from the perspectives of my own personal fitness and my coaching career at CrossFit Covalence. Improvements don’t happen overnight or in one session. Doesn't matter how many workouts we do or how many lifts we attempt. Getting better takes time, consistency, and discipline.

I have coached for over ten years and have seen what consistency with an effective training program can do for an athlete. I have built these A Few Percent Better Programs directly from my programming at CrossFit Covalence. They have been tested and proven for the last decade with hundreds of members.
